Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing our website, or using any service provided by TipsBattle (“we”, “us”, “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use TipsBattle. By using this service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age in your jurisdiction
• Sports betting is legal in your country or region
• You are not prohibited from participating in gambling-related activities
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for another party

TipsBattle is an information and prediction service. We provide:

• Football match predictions from human expert analysts
• AI-generated football predictions (ORACLE-7)
• Historical performance data and statistics
• An AI Chat feature (when available) for football analysis queries
• Educational content about football analytics

We are not a bookmaker, betting exchange, or gambling operator. We do not accept bets and do not facilitate the placement of bets through our platform.

To access certain features, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, use the platform fraudulently, or engage in abusive behavior toward staff or other users.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We accept payment via credit/debit card and select cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, BNB).

Pro plan subscribers receive a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. Advanced plan subscribers receive a 14-day window. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days of approval.

Note — Pay-per-tip unlocks ($2 per AI tip via crypto) are final and non-refundable once the content has been viewed.

All content on TipsBattle — including predictions, analysis, code, design, the ORACLE-7 model, and the TipsBattle name and logo — is owned by TipsBattle or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subscribers may use predictions for personal betting decisions but may not redistribute, republish, scrape, or resell any content without prior written consent. Automated access requires an Enterprise plan with an API agreement.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automate access without an Enterprise API agreement
• Resell, redistribute, or republish predictions or analytics
• Share account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the ORACLE-7 model
• Impersonate TipsBattle staff or other members
• Engage in harassment or abusive behavior in community channels
• Use the service to facilitate match-fixing or any unlawful activity

Predictions are provided “as is” for informational purposes only. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any pick. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain.

Any decision to place a wager based on our content is yours alone. TipsBattle is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of using our predictions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TipsBattle and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the service.

Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive any termination of this agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TipsBattle is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by local law.
