1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing our website, or using any service provided by Tips Battle ("we", "us", "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Tips Battle. By using this service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age in your jurisdiction
• Sports betting is legal in your country or region
• You are not prohibited from participating in gambling-related activities
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for another party

3. Description of Services

Tips Battle is an information and prediction service. We provide:

• Football match predictions from human expert analysts
• AI-generated football predictions
• Historical performance data and statistics
• An AI Chat feature (when available) for football analysis queries
• Educational content about football analytics

We are not a bookmaker, betting exchange, or gambling operator. We do not accept bets and do not hold client funds.

4. Free and Paid Plans

The Free Starter plan provides 30 tips per month at no cost. Paid plans (Advanced at $49/month, Pro at $99/month) provide access to additional tips and features as described on the Pricing page. Individual AI tip unlocks are available for $2 each via cryptocurrency payment.

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the agreed billing period. Prices are in USD. Cryptocurrency transactions are final and non-reversible on the blockchain, though refunds may be issued at our discretion per the refund policy below.

5. Refund Policy

Advanced Plan subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of initial purchase. Pro Plan subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days. Refunds are processed within 5 business days (crypto: within 24 hours). No refunds are issued for individual tip unlocks or after the applicable refund period.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our prediction content without written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download prediction data
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent payment requirements
• Upload or transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Impersonate Tips Battle staff or other users

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Tips Battle, including prediction text, statistical analysis, AI outputs, design elements, logos, and code, is the intellectual property of Tips Battle or its licensors. You may view and access content for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tips Battle and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including financial losses resulting from use of or reliance on our predictions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding any claim.

Predictions are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before being escalated to court proceedings.
